- Personal pickup at our company headquarters (by prior arrangement)
- Standard: 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- For custom-made products or non-standard sizes: up to 7 business days.

- You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the shipment without giving a reason.
- The product should be unused and in its original packaging.
